Return & Exchange Policy

At Purus, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 90-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at hello@purepurus.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and next steps.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred carrier.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

  • Products should be in good condition. Normal use is acceptable, but we cannot accept items that are excessively damaged.

  • Exchanges are welcome if you’d prefer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
