At Purus, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return or exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Ship the item(s) back using your preferred carrier.

Exchanges are available if you prefer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items
There is no cost to you if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. We’ll take care of return shipping in these cases.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you ordered the wrong item, no longer need the product, or wish to return it for personal reasons, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
