At Purus, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 90-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Our team will provide you with return instructions and next steps.

Ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred carrier.
Conditions

Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

Products should be in good condition. Normal use is acceptable, but we cannot accept items that are excessively damaged.

Exchanges are welcome if you’d prefer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
